A new organization called the Central Region Ringette League (CRRL) was created in September 2021 following a collaborative planning effort over the past 12+ months between Harbour City Lakers, Halifax Hurricanes, Berwick & District, and Nova Central ringette associations.

This season CRRL will oversee governance and administration of inter-association competition in the Central Region (U10 to U19) from mid-October until the end of February, with league play concluding just prior to Ringette Nova Scotia Provincial tournaments. 
 
This effort between local associations marks an exciting and positive step forward for Ringette in the Central Region, and renewed dedication to governance and structure of a league that will benefit all athletes, coaches and officials.
